Eight new catalogues reviewed.
This month we review eight new dealer catalogues. David M. Lesser Fine Antiquarian Books has issued their 200th printed catalogue. He started publishing them back in 1989. Mark Funke, Bookseller features books from the 17th century. Librairie Clavreuil and Stéphane Clavreuil Rare Books have published a catalogue of antiquarian European books. Michel Bouvier has issued a collection of diverse antiquarian works in French and Latin.
Sophie Schneideman Rare Books presents books that are works of art as well. Shapero Rare Books features exploration and travel. Langdon Manor Books' focuses on archives and material that reflect the extraordinary lives of everyday people. Zephyr Used and Rare Books offers a “winter array” of unique and unusual items of all sorts.
