Four new catalogues.

We review four new bookseller catalogues for May. The Lawbook Exchange has accounts of murders and other terrible crimes, along with the more mundane everyday rules of jurisprudence. Shapero Rare Books offers their “Showcase” catalogue for 2025. Whitmore Rare Books presents some of the exceptional works they displayed at the recent New York Antiquarian Book Fair. The George S. MacManus Company focuses on Western Americana.
