About Us Maison Bibelot Auction House, founded by Elisabetta Mignoni in 1997, is today a reference point for all Antique, Modern and Contemporary Art lovers. During the past fifteen years Maison Bibelot has organised several important House Sales including Villa Capponcina, a historical mansion near Settignano, where the poet Gabriele D’Annunzio lived for many years. The sale of the furniture of Marignolle Castle, of Villa Maggiano, ancient XIV century mansion near Lucca and more recently the design furniture of the writer Anna Rontani’s Villa. Managed by a young and dynamic team of Ladies, Maison Bibelot is active in supporting the new trend of furnishing houses acquiring goods at Auction Houses at very attractive conditions. Maison Bibelot is specialised in antiques auctions as well as contemporary furniture auctions, from Sixteen century to Art Decò to Seventy’s design. Every year Maison Bibelot organises six auctions for more than one thousand lots each. During the three exhibition days before the sale, it is possible to make a selection among the different lots thanks to its detailed catalogue and the assistance of the Maison Bibelot experts. From Furniture to Decorative Art, from Jewellery to Vintage accessories, from Ancient Books to Paintings, from XIX century Paintings to Contemporary Art, always focusing the new tendencies of Style.
