Dickinson, in his Dictionary of American Antiquarian Bookdealers, describes as "one of the great western Americana catalogs, California and the Far West." This is a dealer's priced catalogue of a single owner's collection. The collector was Thomas Wayne Norris of Livermore, California.
Scope of Text There are 4,311 items. Five hundred copies of the catalogue were printed by the Grabhorn Press.
