Description Antiquariat Peter Kiefer was formed as a bookselling firm by Peter Kiefer in 1979. As business grew, the firm opened an auction house in 1985. They regularly auction prints, books, and manuscripts. Among the fields regularly served are geography, travel, history, theology, science and technology. Occasionally, they will have special auctions, such as a 60,000-volume royal library in 2000 and the 16,000-volume Rolf Dittmar cookbook collection in 2001.
