They sell all types of items as would be expected of a local auctioneer, including real, estate, personal property, commercial establishments, vehicles, antiques, and estates. Their proximity to Palmyra, New York, founding location of the Mormon religion, landed the firm a consignment of a first edition of the Book of Mormon in 2007.
