CNY Book Auctions opened in 2005 in Ithaca in Central New York. As the name suggests, the firm specialized in books and related material, gathering most of its items from its home in the middle of New York State. In 2007, the firm expanded its operations to conduct auctions far from New York, and thereby changed its name to National Book Auctions. Sales results from this house from 2007 forward are listed under "National Book Auctions."
